Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Goodmorning my little Greenbeans!! I hope you all had an amazing 4th of July with your family and friends! Not going to lie... it was difficult for me to get moving this morning but I somehow managed to make a quick and delicious oatmeal, a cucumber and avocado salad for a snack, and quinoa with veggies for lunch! YUM!

What's so great about oatmeal is that you can make it a million different ways so it doesn't have to taste the same every single time!! Thank God for that because I get bored with the same thing everyday!
Here is the recipe for my Pumpkin Oatmeal I had this morning!
Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal (Serves 1)
1/2 cup of rolled oats (I used gluten free oats from Bob's Red Mill)
3/4-1 cup of almond milk(depending on how soupy you like it!)
1/4 cup of canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. of honey
slivered almonds or raisons to sprinkle on top
Directions:
Mix everything but the honey and toppings in a bowl and microwave on high for about 3 minutes. Then mix in the honey and top with your toppings! Breakfast is served!
***PS so I mixed everything in a microwave safe bowl and brought it to work like that so all I had to do is microwave and add honey and almonds! EASY right!?
So I hope you all have an amazing day today! I am at work and then off to my cousin, Ariels dance recital tonight!!! Go Ariel!!!
Green Hugs and Kisses xoxo
