It's My Birthday I Can Challenge You If I Want To!
Hello my Little Greenbeans!!! Before I get to my challenge let me stop and tell all of you how much you all mean to me. I feel blessed and honored that you all take the time to read my blogs and join my little family I am trying to start! Green Hugs and Kisses to all of you today!!!
So today is my Birthday and I decided to Challenge you just because I wanted to!! (P.S. Just in case you didn't get the reference to the title I am referring to the song "It's my Party I can cry if I want to" check out the song on youtube!!) You may initially be scared by the thought of a challenge but I assure you this is easy peasy and just requires your input! Easy right?!
Let the drum roll begin...............drum roll...............
Ok so the Challenge is Breakfast! Breakfast can be the most delicious meal of the day and sometimes the most oobnoxious!! There are days I wake up nice and early and take the time to make myself fresh green juice and fancy breakfasts and there are other days I wake up so late I have 20 minutes to walk/run out of the door and I only have time to grab something or make something quick!! I know I am not alone! I want to get insight from all my little Greenbeans what YOU do on days that you are running late? What do you take to eat?!
Let me reiterate for all of you...You can comment below OR send me an email in the Contacts tab and let me know what you do on those hectic mornings for breakfast! In a few days after I get quite a few responses I will give you guys some awesome tips that will make you think "why haven't I thought of that before?!" I will provide some recipes, tips, and of course some laughs along the way!
ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?!?!

(Yes that is me dressed up like an old lady.....It was my sisters 30th Birthday "Nursing Home" theme!)
Green Hugs and Kisses xoxo

Happy birthday to the leader of the Greanbeans.
I know I sometimes am running quickly in the morning too. I usually grab an egg and then hard boil it. Bring it to work with some fruit. I also have in my freezer at work little steel oatmeal from trader joes. It's really tasty. I always add some cinnamon. Plus I make the chia pudding with fruit. That is simple, once I get up I go and put it together and then in refrigerator. It's so simple. As I am getting ready for work the chia pudding is in fridge. I bring the jar to work and then put into bowl with fruit. I sometimes add almond butter or cinnamon. Soooo yummy. Thanks Ciara for giving me the recipe and helping me to eat healthy.
I have the best daughter. Happy birthday Greanbean Ciara.
Happy birthday!!!!!! My answer is toast. :) Eziekel bread toast. Fills me up and makes me happy.
Usually will bring cheerios in a zip lock bag and a banana.
When I run late I take yogurt parfaits!
First I want to say Happy Birthday. Hope it was a great day. I usually eat granola and a banana for breakfast yes and a flavored coffee usually french vanilla from Starbucks.
Ok, this may be cheating since you helped me with this recipe haha, but here goes… I put the following in a tupperware to eat at work:
- 1/3 cup of rolled oats,
- tablespoon or teaspoon of:
crushed flax seeds,
coconut shavings,
pumpkins seeds, and
brown sugar.
If available, I will substitute some of the ingredients above with chopped almonds or fresh fruit. This is yummy, quick, inexpensive, and, I think, healthy. :-)
I just have oatmeal. It takes 2-3 minutes to make. :)
